Our unique special rooms, The Men’s Oak Room and Ladie’s Rose Room are decorated modern, with wall mounted garment racks, led mirrors for your makeup artist and hair dressers, wine fridges, and eclectic seating are ready to host a groom, a men’s gathering, or a bride and her entourage or serve as a serene space to get ready for the night’s events.
Located on 21 hill country acres, by the Helotes Creek – the tranquility and peace of aged heritage oaks over 265 years old is a perfect background for a wedding ceremony, photo sessions, trail walks, outdoor team building activities and family reunions. Our location is conveniently located off Bandera road and Scenic loop. Asphalt parking is well lit and ease of access for your guests and a valet service for those red carpet events.
800 sq foot catering kitchen is a dream spot for smaller gatherings and ideal for catering. The terrace is connected to this space and is ideal for outdoor picnics, tailgating, outdoor games and Texas barbeques. Updating an antique bar for this modern space is a perfect spot to serve any beverages. Complimentary champagne wall and mobile dessert cart were inspired to celebrate and toast to your signature cocktails and elaborate cakes, desserts, or charcuterie boards.
The South Lawn hosts a versatile modern Arbor. Ready to host a ceremony, nuptial renewals or spend an evening under the hill country stars. The design of the arbor was inspired for a floral team to make it their statement piece or ready to be lit up with a sea of twinkle lights.
